Directed five distributed engineering teams across ten countries, led post-merger platform consolidation, and strengthened incident management and RCA practices.

Scaled engineering from one junior engineer to a 42-person organization, supported growth past one million subscribers, and led high-scale eCommerce, cloud, data, QA, and compliance initiatives.
